The BCS 970 Combi Surface and Bottom Bluff Control System consists of BCV 970 Smart Surface and Bottom Bluff Controller, BCV 930 or CP 950 Conductivity Sensor, PC F20 or PC F5020 Corner Sensor Connection Bracket and BCV 900 Surface Bluff Control Valve and BCV 700 Bottom Bluff Control Valve.

With the BCS 970 Combi Surface and Bottom Bluff System, both surface bluff and bottom bluff control can be performed in steam boilers with the same controller.

The correct TDS control reduces the bluff rate to a minimum and saves energy. Continuous monitoring of the conductivity of the water in the boiler to prevent water drifting along with the steam in the steam boilers depends on good control of the boiler bluff.
