Condensers should be installed in an easily accessible position and on the ground for maintenance. The differential pressure on the product label must be greater than the differential pressure value of the system. The kondestop should be mounted horizontally, so that the bucket will move more or less vertically . The connection of the horizontal condensers will be horizontal, the connection of the vertical condenser will be vertical, but its input will be below. The condensate should be installed below the discharge level, so that water sealing can be ensured around the bucket.
1. Install the condenser on the underside of the equipment that will drain the condensate and close to the equipment. Avoid having a horizontal long pipeline in front of the condenser.
2. In order to prevent potential ram impact problems, all horizontal lines should be inclined downwards towards the condenser.
3. In all models, a dirt holder should be installed in front of the condenser .
4. When the condensate needs to be disassembled for testing or other purposes, the gland and the shut-off valve should be installed on both sides of the condensate during installation in order to make the disassembly operation easy.
5. A test and discharge valve should be installed to relieve the internal pressure before maintenance.
6. If the return line is pressurized or the condenser is draining upwards, a check valve should be placed on the return line.
Reverse bucket condensers may need to be filled with water before they are put into operation. For this, any of the following methods is used.
1. The pipe plug on the condenser cover is removed and water is filled in until it is completely filled, and the pipe plug is closed.
2. The return line valve is kept closed until the condensate is completely filled with condensate, then slowly opened.
CAREÂ
The condensate should be inspected and cleaned periodically. Worn parts should be replaced with a new one.
