From DN15 to DN65 Body is made of GG-25 and Sit 420 AISI material.
The piston sleeve is made of Nylon 66 Glass fiber EPTM filled material. The thermal conductivity of this material is less than steel. Thus, the heat from the fluid is not transmitted to the piston and the working parts inside the piston are protected.
The sealing gasket is made of Carbon filled PTFE for excellent resistance to high temperatures.
The PTFE and viton material box is suitable for low and high temperatures and is prepared with self-adjustable and fixed position to create minimum stress in stationary operations.
An indication system has been implemented to show the open and closed position of the valve.
