It consists of CCS 990 Condensate Pollution Control System, BC 900 Bluff Controller, CP 910 Conductivity Sensor and Control Valves.
The condensate that returns from the steam/condensate system to the boiler room is sent to the condensate tank to be used as fattening water in the steam boiler again.
The condensate pollution detection system monitors and displays the conductivity of the condensate. If the conductivity value of the returned condensate rises above a predetermined value, it automatically directs the condensate to the drain, instead of returning to the boiler system/condensate tank.
If the conductivity value is lower than the specified value, it is allowed to return the condensate to the condensate tank.
