Flow indicator is a means of measuring and displaying instantaneous flow information, pressure values and total flow of liquids in closed pipe circuits.

These devices are designed to measure the ratio or volume of a moving liquid in an open or closed channel. 

They are used for understanding and monitoring steam leaks by connecting before and after condensates, and for providing visual control of the fluid in certain industries.

WATER FLOW INDICATOR

A water flow indicator is a device that shows the flow rate, flow direction and ratio of water in a system.

Various water flow meter technologies are available for selection depending on water measurement applications, budget requirements and maintenance requirements.

Water flow indicators can measure hot water, cold water, clean water or dirty water.Jul. Different diameters are available for different flow December.

FLOW INDICATOR FEATURES

  • Stainless steel ones are used in corrosive fluids, i.e. acids and bases, pharmaceutical raw materials, food industry.
  • It is a cost-effective control method.
  • Flanged or threaded connection can be made.
  • The sight glasses have been specially subjected to securite treatment and are resistant to heat and pressure. These glasses do not break and do not disintegrate at the moment of breaking.
  • The operating temperature ranges from – 30 to + 250 degrees.
  • The working pressure is PN 16.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE FLOW INDICATOR

The working principle of the flow indicator is determined according to the type of selected flow indicator. How do these indicators work it may not be right to give a single answer to the question.  The correct selection of these devices, which vary on different platforms, applications and according to changing needs, is very important. Maximum efficiency can be obtained from the flow indicator, which will be selected according to the needs. The principle of operation also varies depending on the selected flow meter.

For example, ultrasonic flow indicator the speed, pressure and total flow of the fluid in the pipe ölçer. Ultrasonic the indicator uses sound waves to determine the speed and amount of liquid flowing inside the pipe. Ultrasonic waves are sent and received, so measurement is performed.
