Foam Bladder Tanks offer a reliable and simpler method of foam proportioning. The Bladder Tank system includes a pressure-rated tank with a built-in rubber bladder. Upon operation of the system, the incoming water applies pressure to the rubber pouch, which provides a pressurized foam concentrate to the proportioning device (ratio controller). The foam ratio controller creates a foam solution by measuring the foam concentrate into the fire water line. Then the solution is connected by pipes to the discharge devices that protect the danger area. The bladder tanks are available in horizontal and vertical mounting with a completely pre-tubular option. HD Foam Bladder Tanks have UL, FM and CE Approvals.
